Payment Options
We use our online payment gateway methods to process payments made by Visa, American Express and Master Cards. You do not have to worry about having your card’s information being misused or falling into wrong hands as your bank is going to directly authorize the card transactions without sending us any additional card information. The bank is going to issue an authorization code along with the confirmation of the completion of the transaction in about 25 to 30 seconds after the request of the transaction has been sent.
We also offer internet banking and post pay options for our customers.
Transaction Confirmation
Once you have carried out a transaction, you should wait for its confirmation before you go ahead and take any action as per the information shared on the website. Usually you will get an email that informs you about the transaction that you have carried out. If you have not received the confirmation email, you should look into the junk or spam folder and only then contact us at our call center if you still have not got the confirmation.
Delivery of Products/Services
Once your booking is done, you are going to receive an e-ticket for it. The e-ticket is a type of paperless electronic document that has a unique confirmation number and you can provide the e-ticket in the counter for claiming the ticket.
Amendment and Cancellation Policy
If you are looking to cancel your ticket, you can do that online by logging in with your ID. You need to spot your relevant booking and then click on the cancel button. A fee is going to be charged from your account for the cancellation. Additionally, you can cancel your booking offline by getting in touch with our customer care executive. The same goes for rescheduling a specific flight.
